I am currently running Ubuntu 12.04 LTS and I want to upgrade it to 15.04. However, the update manager shows only 12.10. I tried changing its settings -> all new versions and disabling third party softwares, but it only shows 12.10. I have no pending updates on my system. How do i rectify this problem, without doing a fresh install?
It's showing it now. Although, I still don't have an exact clue how. I tried miscellaneous methods, like changing my server to main server. Then i incorrectly modified my sources.list file. I rectified it using Arronical's method in Failed to fetch message while upgrading . Then i ran sudo update-manager -p and it showed that option.
