Visual Studio 2019で、プロジェクトを右クリックして[ Application Insightsの構成]を選択すると、Application Insights SDK（ローカル）またはAzure ApplicationInsightsを追加するオプションがあります。残念ながら、説明とツールチップは両方のオプションで同じです。これら2つの選択肢の違いは何ですか？

最初のオプションApplicationInsights Sdkは、AISDKを追加して使用するようにプロジェクトを構成するだけです。2番目のオプションはそれを行い、Azure Application Insightsサービスインスタンスを作成または選択してから、対応する接続設定をプロジェクトに追加するのに役立ちます。
