Genymotionを再び動作させるために、再インストール、削除、およびすべてについて試しました。
私は必要なデバイスを持っていませんが、マーベリックスが更新するまで、Genymotionはその仕事に最適でした。私はそれを再び機能させるために戦ってきました。
MacBook Pro、Retina 13インチ、2013年初頭。i5、8GB。
私はosx用のバージョン1.3.1を実行しています。Oracle_VM_VirtualBox_Extension_Pack-4.3.0-89960.vbox-extpackとともにVirtualbox4.3もインストールしています。
私のVirtualboxはエラーなしで正常に起動します。$ PATHにvboxを配置する環境変数を試しました。何も機能しません！

同じ問題が発生し、次のコマンドを実行して解決しました。
sudo /Library/StartupItems/VirtualBox/VirtualBox restart
それ以降のバージョンでは、コマンドは
sudo /Library/Application\ Support/VirtualBox/LaunchDaemons/VirtualBoxStartup.sh restart
[システム環境設定]-> [セキュリティとプライバシー]-> [一般]でVirtualBoxのカーネル拡張機能のブロックを解除していることを確認してください（VirtualBoxをインストールするとポップアップが表示されます）。
