Spring MVC, Maven, CRUD, MongoDB

I am new to Spring MVC Framework. This is my first project. I am trying to implement CRUD operations on Users document using MongoDB as the database.

Error :

UnsatisfiedDependencyException: Error creating bean with name 'userController': Unsatisfied dependency expressed through field 'userService';

NoSuchBeanDefinitionException: No qualifying bean of type 'com.mthree.service.UserService' available: expected at least 1 bean which qualifies as autowire candidate.

Caused by: NoSuchBeanDefinitionException: No qualifying bean of type 'com.mthree.service.UserService' available: expected at least 1 bean which qualifies as autowire candidate.

You should add an annotation to tell Spring that your bean is under its control:
