LINQ Group嵌套列表用于重组数据

我有一个自定义对象的嵌套列表,该列表从服务作为JSON传递,我需要将其重组为一个新对象。这是嵌套列表组成的对象:

public class Alt
{
    public Member Member { get; set; }
    public Claim OriginalClaim { get; set; }
    public Claim AltClaim { get; set; }
    public double Savings { get; set; }
}

对于每个Member和OriginalClaim,可以有一个或多个AltClaim。所以我想做的就是为每个Member / OriginalClaim获取每个AltClaim。我将数据映射到的新对象如下所示:

对我有用的解决方案是以下两个答案的组合。可接受的答案是我使用的LINQ查询,但是如果没有Thomas F的答案,我将无法正确地进行分组在我分组的类上实现IEquatable <>是关键。
