路线映射不起作用

我是Java Web应用程序的新手。使用Spring MVC框架在Internet上按照以下教程创建了简单的HelloWorld程序。但是，我找不到路径TestWebApp/helloWorld.htm无法正常工作的原因（始终出现404错误）。
