maven解决了“ SNAPSHOT”问题

我有一个teamcity项目，该项目已将SNAPSHOT工件成功部署到我们的工件实例。我似乎无法让专家把这些工件拉下来。我可以在带有时间戳而不是SNAPSHOT的人工产品中看到它们，但是我似乎无法使Maven使用时间戳来请求它们。我真的不知道我应该去哪里。我注意到，teamcity上载的工件没有，maven-metadata.xml而其他手动上载的工件则有maven-metadata.xml和.pom。有关系吗

我已经尝试了多次删除~/.m2/repository，所以这不是缓存问题。
