使用 pip 下载中的 pkgs 安装 pip 失败

我有一个特殊需要，我需要在没有网络的电脑上安装资源包。所以我选择先使用pip下载，然后将所有下载的文件复制到这台电脑上，然后pip安装。

好像没有安装依赖。我有一个粗略的方法来解决它：

$ pip install Python_EasyConfig-0.1.6-py2.py3-none-any.whl
$ pip install JsonSir-0.0.2-py2-none-any.whl 
$ pip install functools32-3.2.3-2.zip
$ pip install jsonschema-2.6.0-py2.py3-none-any.whl
$ pip install JsonForm-0.0.2-py2-none-any.whl
$ pip install Resource-0.2.0-py2.py3-none-any.whl

但是实在是太丑了，有什么好办法吗？``
