1）USB音频设备由ALSA内核驱动程序处理，它们会自动对USB设备的vendor：product标识符（或通用接口）做出反应。您通常使用的驱动程序都不会使用devstr。您没有说为什么需要此字符串，但是您可能做错了。

2）您的示例内容devstr是USB路径，如图所示/sys/bus/usb/devices。无法从您的信息中获取它，但是lsusb -t如果您无法直接找到该设备，则可以从中获取它。

3）请编辑问题，并dmesg在插入设备后显示输出。

4）很可能您缺少正确的ALSA驱动程序。如果还没有，请将您的内核更新为最新版本。

什么应该发生的是，模块snd-usb-audio是基于类的USB设备的加载。相反，根据您dmesg所发生的是，该设备被识别为人机接口设备，这很奇怪，除非它具有除声音功能之外还以此方式表示的按钮或类似功能。
